This page can be accessed either via CRM Events or via the Hospitality Module. The help below is split into the 2 different modules.
Hospitality
This page defaults to 'today's' room availability and booking or change the date for a different day's room availability and bookings.
A tick signifies the room is available to be booked so select the tick under the desired time and select the desired end time, then enter your meeting name, select the number of attendees then Submit.
Optionally you You can enter a Comment if you wish and if you do not plan to order any Hospitality then tick the No Hospitality box.
If you do need Hospitality you can go back to your order later so just select Submit. However, if you are ready to place your Hospitality order for this room booking then select Submit And Place Order and you will be able to add items to your basket, alternatively click Submit and book your hospitality at a later date.
CRM Events
This page will default to the date of the event you are creating.
A tick signifies the room is available to be booked so select the tick under the desired time and select the desired end time, then enter your meeting/room booking name, select the number of attendees then Submit.
You can enter a Comment if you wish and if you do not plan to order any Hospitality then tick the No Hospitality box.
If you are ready to place your Hospitality order for this room booking then select Submit And Place Order and you will be able to add items to your basket, alternatively click Submit and book your hospitality at a later date.
