Some suppliers will only ever sent always send an Accepted response which is a confirmation of receipt of the order.
Other supplies are able to send us a response based on the availability of stock. In this instance an order might show accepted or modified. If modified, the customer can see in IndiCater if an item is out of stock and whether a replacement is being sent.
