You can request Support by using the Ticketing system found under the headlines. Select Add New Ticket to raise a new ticket. Please add as much detail as possible to help the team assist you as quickly as possible. Select View tickets to keep an eye out for the responses too!ticketing system which is powered by Zendesk. As this is an external tool and will be separate to your usual IndiCater login, you will be required to create an account to raise support tickets. Click on the Visit the new support site button to create your account, click on the Sign In button at top right of page, a box will pop up asking you to sign in to IndiCater, click the Sign Up link (next to New to IndiCater), on the next page add your name and email address then click on Sign Up.  You will receive an email which will include a link to set up a password, once have added the password you will be set up. This will also give you access to the user guides. You can also raise tickets by emailing support@indicater.com
