In Stock Transfers you have the option to do either a Simple Transfer or a Detailed Transfer. You may have the option to use Stock Transfer Requests if activated. Instructions on adding either of these can be found by clicking on either Add Simple Transfer or , Add Detailed Transfer or Stock Transfer Requests.
Below is an explanation of the difference between the two options.:
Simple Stock Transfer is transferring a monetary value of stock from one Outlet to another Outlet, without the need to add the detailed items of the stock.
Detailed Stock Transfer is transferring stock items from one Outlet to another, adding the detail of the stock items.
Stock Transfer Requests can be used if you have a Central Stores outlet that holds stock and transfers it out on request.
The Weekly Stock Transfers Summary displays and transfer requests for the chosen week.
Stock Transfers can only be added in an open week.
