- The compulsory columns are: ProductCode, Description, Salt (the Salt value can be 0.00 but it has to be filled in).
- The rest of the columns are optional. The most frequently used columns have have a value in all 10 example lines.
- The example file is saved as an excel spreadsheet so that the column colours are preserved (as a help) but we need to IndiCater must upload CSV formats. If the supplier is unable to save the file as CSV, we IndiCater can do it as long as there is only one sheet in the file.
- The following columns can contain both letters and numbers: ProductCode, Description, DepartmentName, SubDepartmentName
- All the other columns can only contain numbers (no letters, not even approx, N/A, Trace) etc.
